On Thursday evening, police in Midtown Miami arrested Celina Powell after surrounding her bubblegum pink Lamborghini Urus outside a Target, as reported by TMZ, which acquired video footage of the incident.
The footage captures several squad cars surrounding the truck near the store at approximately 5:40 PM. The driver’s door swings open, and Celina steps out, walking toward the front of the vehicle as officers remain nearby.
She informed TMZ directly that the arrest was due to driving with a suspended license. She mentioned that she has accumulated approximately 10 tickets or citations for the same offense, and that this accumulation is precisely why officers chose to take her into custody this time rather than simply issuing another citation and allowing her to leave.
That figure encapsulates everything. A stop for a suspended license typically results in a citation and a tow. Celina Powell’s arrest indicates that the system has reached its limit, and her statements align with the information available in Florida court records from the previous year.
In March, TMZ reported that Celina had several active bench warrants in Florida related to traffic cases. A judge issues a bench warrant when you fail to appear in court as required. This issue does not relate to the original offense. It concerns disregarding the judge. According to court documents reviewed by TMZ at the time, Celina was linked to at least two separate cases: one for driving without a valid license and another for a window tint violation. She did not appear for a scheduled court date on December 10, 2025. One of those cases resulted in a warrant that included a $1,000 bond.
The filings indicated that the cases were marked as delinquent and reported to the DMV, which led to the suspension of her license initially. Consequently, the missed court date led to the suspension of her license, which in turn resulted in new traffic stops that continued to accumulate until Thursday. A defense attorney subsequently appeared on her behalf and entered a not guilty plea, meaning the earlier cases remained open at that time.
Miami is familiar ground for this specific charge. In March 2021, police in Miami stopped Celina after receiving reports that she had made a right turn without using her turn signal. Initially, the police issued her a warning, but after checking her information, they arrested her for driving on a suspended license. She verified it herself in a tweet a few hours later, humorously mentioning that she had been to jail again.
Her history extends beyond just traffic court. In 2022, she received a two-year sentence in a Colorado state prison for violating probation related to a 2015 conviction, during which prosecutors alleged that she drove a getaway car in a theft ring. She was arrested that May for missing a court date, a recurring issue in her file, and she became eligible for parole that December.
In the late 2010s, Celina established her reputation through her appearances on YouTube and various podcasts, notably her frequent contributions to No Jumper, where she shared her accounts of interactions with numerous rappers.
