Francis Ngannou has officially left the PFL
Francis Ngannou and the Professional Fighters League have officially concluded their partnership, creating a stir in the MMA community. The Cameroonian heavyweight joined the organization in 2023 with a groundbreaking contract and significant expectations, yet his journey turned out to be brief.
He made his sole appearance in the PFL in October 2024, achieving a swift and commanding victory over Renan Ferreira.
At 39, the ex-UFC champion is once more a free agent, fully steering the course of his future. There is already speculation regarding a potential return to boxing for another profitable fight, and fans are also curious if he might join another major MMA promotion for a prominent match in the near future.
