Harry Kane is “all in” for Bayern’s extension and believes a return to the Premier League is unlikely at this time

Harry Kane, the captain of England, acknowledges that interest in returning to the Premier League has diminished and makes a suggestion that Bayern will stay into 2027.

Harry Kane, the captain of England, has said that he may stay at Bayern Munich into 2027, indicating that he is no longer as eager to rejoin the Premier League.

Kane has been in record-breaking form since joining Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023. He has scored 103 goals in 106 games in all competitions, helping the German champions win the Bundesliga and the German Super Cup.

Given his rumored €67 million ($78.42 million) release clause, the 32-year-old’s prolific performances have spurred continuous transfer rumors.

In response to a question about whether he may extend his contract, Kane told British reporters, “I could definitely see that.” A few weeks ago, I publicly stated that I haven’t yet had those discussions with Bayern.

However, I would be open to speaking and having an open discussion if they did come up. It obviously depends on what we do together over the course of the next year or so.

“I think we are in a great moment right now, and I am not thinking about anything else.”

With 213 goals, just 47 fewer than Alan Shearer, Kane is the second-highest scorer in history. Tottenham manager Thomas Frank recently stated that many supporters would love to see him return to the Premier League.

“I’m not sure about the Premier League. Kane remarked, “I would have said without a doubt that I would return if you had asked me when I first left to go to Bayern.”

Now that I’ve lived there for a few years, I’d say that has somewhat decreased, but I wouldn’t say I will never return.

Throughout my profession, I’ve discovered that various possibilities and times arise, and everything works itself out. Returning to my initial point with Bayern, I am currently totally committed to the team.

Before heading to Riga for a World Cup qualifying match against Latvia on October 14, Kane is now with the England team getting ready to play Wales in a friendly at Wembley on Thursday.
