Amine Adli, a Moroccan international, has officially joined Bournemouth on a five-year contract from German Bundesliga winners Bayer Leverkusen, the Premier League team said Thursday.

Adli Strengthens the Bournemouth Team Following Important Departures
Adli joins Bournemouth as part of their summer hiring spree after several important players left, notably Illia Zabarnyi to Paris Saint-Germain, Milos Kerkez to Liverpool, and Dean Huijsen to Real Madrid.
The Morocco winger is the latest addition to the Vitality Stadium’s roster, which also includes Adrien Truffert, Dorde Petrovic, Ben Gannon-Doak, and Bafode Diakite.
Proven Bayer Leverkusen winner
Before relocating to Bayer Leverkusen in 2021, Adli started his professional career with Toulouse in France. He played a key part in Leverkusen’s historic undefeated domestic double in the 2023–2024 season, tallying 23 goals and 25 assists in 143 games during his stay in Germany.
Tiago Pinto, President of Football Operations at Bournemouth, said on the transfer and gave the new player high marks:
“Amine is a successful individual who will be a great contribution to our team. He has competed at the greatest level, and we greatly admire his ambition.
Clash between Bournemouth Eye Wolves
Adli will now join the Cherries in preparation for their matchup with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday.
After losing to defending champions Liverpool 4-2 in their first game, Bournemouth, who placed ninth last season, will be looking to recover.
