Yanga SC is prepared to loan Chiefs goaltender Ntwari
Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari may find himself on loan at Tanzanian champions Yanga SC before the current transfer window closes.
Kaizer Chiefs are determined to acquire a striker and are prepared to either loan or sell one of their goalkeepers to create space, with Ntwari’s name already noted as one of the players under consideration for departure from the club.
Times Sport has confirmed that Tanzanian giants Yanga SC have inquired about Ntwari’s services and have already submitted a loan bid for the Rwandan shot stopper.
In addition to the Tanzanian powerhouse, Ntwari’s previous team TS Galaxy is reportedly considering a loan move for him, while a permanent transfer to a French Ligue 2 club is also a possibility.
Ntwari signed with Chiefs from TS Galaxy in June 2024 for an estimated fee of $400,000, securing a four-year contract.
However, he faced difficulties in establishing himself at the club because of injuries and the frequent changes in goalkeepers. During the 2024/25 season, he made only seven appearances for the club.
