Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Elon Musk allegedly became physical during an April White House visit

A contentious IRS commissioner dispute is said to have been the cause of Musk and Bessent’s April altercation.

The political sphere and the tech sector literally collided.

Elon Musk allegedly “rammed into Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent like a rugby player” in the Oval Office back in April during a heated argument over IRS commissioner appointments, according to former Trump friend Steve Bannon.

Trump allegedly supported Bessent over Musk in the dispute, which sparked the brawl. “You’re a fraud,” Bessent reportedly yelled at Musk as the two men left the office. You are a complete phony. Musk allegedly initiated a physical altercation, in which Bessent apparently retaliated before others intervened.

“This is too much,” Bannon told The Washington Post after President Trump learned about it.

Regarding the reported altercation, Musk has remained silent. But for now, he and Trump are at odds over budgetary concerns. Musk even asserted that the notorious Jeffrey Epstein documents contained information about his former pal. JD Vance and other members of Trump’s team have refuted this assertion.
