A judge warns Diddy that his “absolutely unacceptable” behavior could result in his dismissal from the court

Judge Arun Subramanian remarked, “I could not have been clearer,”

The current sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs has produced a number of startling allegations, intense testimony, and charges – and those in the courtroom are often supposed to remain silent. The judge threatened to remove the defendant from the courtroom on Thursday, June 5, because of the repeated facial expressions he made to jurors.

According to U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian, Diddy’s actions were “completely unacceptable” since they appeared to be an attempt to disrupt the jury’s testimony today.

Subramanian stated, “I could not have been clearer that there should be no facial expressions to the jury,” according to NBC. “During one line of questioning, your client was looking at the jury and nodding vigorously.”

“Any attempt to communicate with this jury should be avoided,” he said severely.

In response to the judge’s question about whether this would occur again, defense attorney Marc Agnifilo said, “No, your honor, it’s not going to happen again.”

If the creator of Bad Boy persisted in meddling with the panel, Subramanian threatened to “give an instruction to the jury or it could result in the exclusion of your client from the courtroom,” according to Subramanian.

There have been other instances of disruptions in the chamber, including earlier this week when someone was ejected from court proceedings due to their actions. A Diddy admirer heckled on Tuesday, June 3, using foul language because she was “tired of seeing everyone treating Diddy the way they are.”

The woman shouted at Combs in the Southern District of New York courthouse, “These motherf**kers are laughing at you,” according to PEOPLE. According to the site, she yelled a number of more curse words before Judge Arun Subramanian gave the order to have her removed out.

“You’re mocking the legacy of a Black man,” she added, and “I dare you, pull your gun out, ninja.” Diddy stayed where he was sitting and showed no notable response to the remarks.

One case of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, deception, or coercion, and two counts of transportation to participate in prostitution are all pending against the father of seven children. He was detained at MDC Brooklyn without bail after being apprehended in New York City on September 16, 2024. All of June and early July are anticipated to be spent on his trial.
