Robert Lewandowski says he expects FC Barcelona to have a challenging season

“I think Hansi talked to all the players and he knew that if we wanted to win titles, we needed players at their best,” Lewandowski said, adding that it wasn’t easy for the coach.

“Many of us performed well this season because of this. However, the upcoming season may be more challenging after a year like this. There will be more expectations.

Lewandowski thinks the secret to handling the increased strain will be mental preparation. “We can use the experience we’ve gained to handle the challenges if we’re mentally prepared.” We must be prepared for the fact that every team will suddenly try to defeat us, he added. The message is clear: Barcelona will have to put in considerably more effort to maintain its lead.
