Post Malone’s ex-fiance used a process server for custody documents, it has been reported

Hee Sung ‘Jamie’ Park, Post Malone’s ex, is a serious businesswoman who didn’t want to take any chances.

Two days prior to his Coachella performance on the second weekend, the singer was located and officially served with court documents by his ex-fiance.

Following his confirmation that he was engaged in 2022 and that a child was on the way, Post Malone and his ex-girlfriend, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, called it quits near the end of 2024.

Prior to his second Coachella performance, Post Malone’s custody battle started.

Park hired a process server who located the rapper at a posh apartment complex in Downtown Los Angeles, per the court documents that were received.

The papers was apparently given to Malone on April 18 at approximately 1 p.m., before to his April 20 gigs, and the server finished the task inside a parking garage.

Malone gave a remarkable performance at the festival, seemingly unfazed by the legal troubles. In his final performance, he included special guests Ed Sheeran and Jelly Roll in his thrilling set.

The serve was made two days after Park filed for full custody of their daughter, DDP, on April 16, according to In Touch.

The rapper wants only visitation rights, according to his ex-partner.

Additionally, the rapper’s former partner asked for a modification to the current custody agreement, which would grant the rapper just visiting rights.

Park has stated that DDP has been living with her since November 2024, around the time of her breakup with Malone, and that she is willing to share legal custody, according to The Blast.

Malone has been spotted with Christy Lee, his new girlfriend, since their breakup. In Paris, the couple was seen enjoying a romantic supper together.

He just filed his custody filings in Utah, but the specifics are still under wraps, and he has not yet replied to Park’s custody application.

The ‘Sunflower’ singer said that Park was a remarkable mother.

The rapper revealed his engagement to Park in a 2022 interview with Howard Stern, disclosing important information about their personal connection. While in Las Vegas, he made an unusual marriage proposal, which he humorously recounted on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

He hastily proposed after losing a lot of money at the casino, but his now-ex-partner turned him down and advised him to try again the next day.

She agreed when he asked her again while sober. In a number of interviews, the rapper has declared his admiration for Park, referring to her as the “No. 1 mom in the f-cking universe.” He has always dreamed of having a big family and knew from an early age that Park would make a fantastic mother to their children.

Ushered in his stadium tour at the age of 29 Featuring a Coachella headline

Following the commencement of his “F-1 Trillion Tour” in September 2024, Malone stated last year that he was preparing for an exciting 2025 with his “The Big A— Stadium Tour.”

He launched this new tour, which began with a headline show at the 2025 Coachella festival on April 13 and 20, according to The Blast.

Even while he didn’t specifically mention Coachella in his statement, sources at the time revealed that he would be one of the three main artists, and the concert dates fit the festival’s timetable.

Malone has a history with Coachella, having performed there in 2018 and made guest appearances in later years, so this shift is especially noteworthy for her.

He will go on the tour with Jelly Roll and Sierra Ferrell as special guests. From April to July, Malone’s tour will visit 25 major towns across the country, assuring fans an eventful year.

A tribute to his debut country album, Post Malone’s most recent tour

In celebration of his first country music album of the same name, Malone announced his “F-1 Trillion Tour” last year, surprising fans. He conveyed his enthusiasm for releasing new music in his announcement by saying:

“I love y’all so very much, and I’m so excited to get out and play new music for you.”

From September to December 2024, the tour included 21 performances at a variety of locations, such as stadiums and festivals. It will travel through locations like Noblesville, Boston, Saratoga Springs, Virginia Beach, Charlotte, and Atlanta after starting in Salt Lake City on September 8.

In 2022, Malone had already made hints about his intention to experiment with country music, highlighting his ambition to not be limited to just one genre.
