50 Cent Trolls After finding out, Irv Gotti reportedly experienced another stroke

It appears that the TV tycoon and hip-hop legend has no pity.

Once again targeting longstanding foe Irv Gotti, 50 Cent has offered no consolation following rumors that the co-founder of Murder Inc. had another stroke.

The 54-year-old music executive has had continuous health issues, including a stroke last year, as was previously reported. Many in the industry have sent their well wishes, but 50 has stayed true to his normal ruthless personality and used the occasion to poke fun at Gotti once more.

“Damn I wanted him to see my new shows yo!” was the caption the TV and movie mogul posted on Instagram on Tuesday, February 4, in reference to Gotti’s alleged stroke. Although it hasn’t been verified, the headline of the post 50 reshared stated that the 54-year-old was “on life support” with “friends and family saying their goodbyes.”

Gotti and his crew have not yet responded to the claims about his health. But this is not the first time Fif has made fun of Gotti.

The “In Da Club” rhymer quickly made fun of Gotti, whose real name is Irving Lorenzo Jr., when he had a stroke in August of last year. He wrote, “Damn homie, in high school you were the man homie, WTF happened to you?” as the caption for a picture of Gotti walking with a cane, alluding to his 2002 hit song “Wanksta,” which is generally thought to be directed at Ja Rule. “I want Irv to get well, [raised eyebrow emoji] so he can have to watch my next wave [wave emoji] LOL,” he proceeded to mock him.

A Gotti representative at the time blamed his health problems on his continuous fight with diabetes. “Irv suffered a minor stroke more than six months ago as a result of his years-long battle with diabetes,” they told TMZ. Since then, he has adopted a healthier diet. He has successfully recovered completely. 

“Irv is not in a rehab facility,” the representative said in response to rumors over the severity of his health. He is enjoying life at home with his family. Gotti said that controlling his diabetes has been difficult and that he had had to make major lifestyle changes during a 2023 visit on Drink Champs. 

In addition to his health, 50 has made it his mission to make fun of him for Nelly and Ashanti’s renewed romance, as Gotti has long claimed he had a love relationship with the “Happy” singer. 50 published a widely circulated screenshot on Instagram, which has since been removed, stating that Gotti was incensed by the revelation that Ashanti and Nelly, who secretly were married in 2023, were having their first child together.
