Silvestre: “Mbuemo should be monitored by United”
Mikael Silvestre, a former defender for Manchester United, thinks Bryan Mbuemo, an attacker for Brentford, would be a perfect addition to the Red Devils the following season.
The former United and Arsenal targret thinks the Cameroon international should sign with a team like Manchester United soon because he has 10 Premier League goals in 16 games played so far.
Silvestre told Norske Bettingsider that United ought to be closely monitoring his development this year.
“It was never going to be easy to replace Ivan Toney’s goals, so what Bryan Mbeumo has been doing for Brentford is a credit to him,” Norske Bettingsider stated.
“I do believe that elite teams like Manchester United should be closely monitoring his development this season; at 25, it’s a pivotal moment in his career to determine if he can advance.
Silvestre went on to commend Mbeumo’s confidence and character, implying that he possesses the qualities necessary to succeed at Manchester United.
“I believe he would have the character to succeed at Old Trafford, and I think this is a pivotal season for him personally. Although I don’t yet see him joining Manchester City, Liverpool, or Arsenal, he exudes confidence.
