King Harris, the son of rapper T.I., was arrested after nearly colliding with a police vehicle
Rapper T.I.’s family is still dealing with legal issues; months after his run-in with the law, his son, King Harris, was detained.
After almost running into a patrol car, the son of the hip-hop artist recently got himself in trouble with the law. According to reports, the incident happened on Monday, October 14, in Dunwoody, Georgia.
After the officer found a pistol and marijuana during the search, T.I.’s son was placed under arrest. Two months after his father was mistakenly arrested for identity theft in August, King Harris is now having difficulties.
According to reports, the son of rapper T.I. assisted the police officer during his arrest.
The arresting officer’s incident report states that King nearly collided with his police cruiser as he was leaving a fueling station. The officer pulled him over and looked into the cause of the near-collision.
The officer claimed to have found a pistol on King’s hip and to have smelt marijuana emanating from the BMW he was driving. As he checked his information, he asked T.I.’s youngster to put his hands on the steering wheel.
During the search, it was discovered that King had a Pickens County warrant for nonappearance. Having noted in his incident report that the rapper’s son was cooperative, the officer brought him into custody.
According to the police officer, King easily took the gun from his hip when he was asked to exit his car. According to TMZ, he also put T.I.’s son in the backseat of the car after patting him down and putting him in handcuffs.
King Harris’ car was found to contain small bags of drugs.
The report stated that King had been operating a vehicle with two passengers. The arresting officer allegedly found little baggies of marijuana after checking the car. But the only one detained was T.I.’s son.
King was brought to the DeKalb County Jail, and one of the passengers was apparently given a citation for possessing marijuana. After being booked, he had his mug shot taken, which showed him looking exhausted with his trademark Playboy Bunny tattoo around his neck.
As previously said, King was arrested two months after his father was arrested for mistaken identity. Days after his release on August 8, T.I. finally spoke up about the event, according to The Blast.
His fictitious arrest did not bother the ‘Dead And Gone’ rapper.
T.I. said the event was water under the bridge, despite the fact that he was detained for the wrong reasons. He told the paparazzi what he thought of his arrest when they saw him in Beverly Hills.
The rapper emphasized that police had merely been carrying out their duties and that he was not angry over the miscommunication. T.I. continued by saying he was “too blessed to be stressed,” referring to having greater emotional self-control.
The “Live Your Life” hitmaker felt that living in the now was preferable to dwelling on the past. It was admirable that he handled the situation calmly because on August 4, police had spoiled his plans for Sunday by making a false arrest.
On a warrant for a man with the same name, T.I. was taken into custody.
On a warrant for a guy with the same name, the entertainer, Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., was taken into custody at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta. The police were looking for a criminal named “Clifford Harris” and thought T.I. was him.
A June 13 abuse report had resulted in a warrant for the wanted man’s arrest in Baltimore, Maryland. Along with accusations of stalking and gun ownership, the suspect was charged with violent behavior against a woman.
Since he weighed 165 pounds and the sought man apparently weighed 205 pounds, T.I. was able to clear his reputation. After Steve Sadow, the rapper’s lawyer, took action to ensure his quick release, this important element became public knowledge.
A sexual assault lawsuit was filed against rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny.
A month after T.I. and his wife Tiny were hit hard by a sexual assault lawsuit, the mistaken identity scenario occurred. The alleged victim used the pseudonym Jane Doe to submit her claims.
The woman said that in 2005, Tiny and T.I. persuaded her to stay at their hotel in Los Angeles. After offering her a drink at the club where they first met, the three of them changed places.
However, the accuser stated that when she began to feel dizzy while taking a shower with the pair, she feared she had been drugged. Her suspicions regarding the drink she had been offered were confirmed when she eventually puked.
In order to “sexually assault and battery her,” the woman accused the two of drugging the drink they offered her. Tiny and T.I., on the other hand, have strongly refuted her allegations and filed a motion to dismiss the case.
