Forest boss Nuno gets three games off from being on the sidelines

The FA said on Friday that Brighton & Hove Albion manager Fabian Huerzeler had been fined for misconduct in a 2-2 draw between the two teams last month, while Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo and midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White had been sidelined.

In a fierce Premier League match, both managers were sent off, and Gibbs-White of Forest received a second booking for a forceful tackle.

Nuno and Huerzeler were sent off for “unacceptable technical area behavior” after the incident, and both the midfielder and Nuno seemed furious with the decision.

In a statement, the FA said, “Nuno Espirito Santo, Morgan Gibbs-White, and Fabian Hurzeler admitted to their respective charges.”

“The independent Regulatory Commission imposed a two-match touchline suspension and £55,000 ($71,753) fines on the Nottingham Forest head coach, which activated a further one-match touchline ban that had been suspended.”

According to the FA, Huerzeler was fined 8,000 pounds, while Gibbs-White was also given a 20,000-pound punishment and a one-match suspension.
