Argentine President Milei Demands Protection and Denounces Vandalism at Messi’s Ibiza Mansion

The president of Argentina, Milei, has denounced the thieves who broke into Lionel Messi’s €11 million estate on Tuesday and painted over the walls.

After climate change campaigners damaged Lionel Messi and his family’s Ibiza property, Argentine president Javier Milei stood by them and urged the Spanish government to protect its inhabitants.

On Tuesday, a gang of vandals broke into Messi’s €11 million estate on the island in Spain and painted the walls black and red. Additionally, they posed in the garden holding an English-language banner that said, “Help the planet.” Consume the wealthy. Eliminate the police.

“Communists in Spain who want to’murder the rich and abolish the police to combat climate change’ defaced Lionel Messi’s home,” Milei said on X.

“For this cowardly and irrational act, I express my solidarity with the Messi family and call on Pedro Sanchez’s government to ensure the safety of Argentine citizens residing in Spain.”

The ideology of communism is motivated by anger, animosity, and jealously of those who achieve success. In a free and civilized society, it has no place.

Messi was not residing in the opulent house when he purchased it in 2022 after leaving Barcelona, but he has since used it for vacations.

The protestors criticized the Spanish government’s inactivity and claimed that their act of “non-violent civil disobedience” was intended to make the wealthy responsible for the climate catastrophe.

The campaigners claim that Messi’s residence was built “illegally.”

With an ankle injury he suffered at the most recent Copa América, the Inter Miami forward is still recovering.
