Suge Knight claims that Snoop Dogg is to blame for 2Pac’s demise and “downfall”

Suge Knight resumes his personal vendetta against Snoop Dogg, accusing the West Coast rap icon of being responsible for Tupac Shakur’s “downfall” this time.

As he addressed Drake’s use of artificial intelligence-generated vocals that mimicked Snoop and Tupac Shakur on “Taylor Made,” his latest diss track directed at Kendrick Lamar, the Death Row founders used the occasion to disparage Snoop.

On the most recent episode of his podcast Collect Call, Knight responded to the Canadian rapper’s remark, which elicited varied reactions, by saying, “Young people do what young people do.”

The imprisoned rap mogul went on, “It’s y’all turn, but regarding the homie ‘Pac, he wasn’t no chump.” “It’s not how it goes to put him on a song and diss Kendrick [Lamar] for everyone’s amusement.”

Drake’s placement of A.I. voices that resembled Snoop’s voice next to Pac’s seemed to irritate Knight the most, as he feels that Tha Doggfather was “jealous” of his labelmate and contributed to the passing of the late rap icon.

Knight went on, “It’s never a good look to put him on a song with Snoop, who was a part of his downfall and exit.” Pac ruled that chessboard like a king. He cannot turn him into a pawn today since he was never one.

The native of Compton, California, spoke about Snoop’s partnership with Sean “Diddy” Combs, Knight’s fiercest adversary at the height of Combs’ Bad Boy Records and Death Row Records’ respective reigns, on an episode of Collect Call last year.

Suge claims that Snoop’s loyalty to the CEO of late rapper The Notorious B.I.G., who was Pac’s competitor before his passing, contradicts his stated admiration and affection for Shakur. He declared, “I really, really, really gotta have a real conversation with Snoop about the Puffy situation.”

By placing him on All Eyez On Me, talking about him, and being honest with him, I knew that Pac had done everything right by him. And in person, there will likely be a lot of explaining to do if what they claim is accurate.

Knight admitted to voluntary manslaughter in 2018 and is already serving a 28-year jail term. In October 2034, he will be eligible for parole.
