The IRS searched rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Florida home, seizing automobiles and other goods

In light of his current problems in the Dominican Republic, 6ix9ine is dealing with a lot more legal challenges in the United States.

The controversial rapper’s residence was visited by IRS authorities and the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office, who seized a number of goods, according to a report that TMZ published on Wednesday, April 17. When the agents got to the man’s property, Daniel Hernandez, a native of New York, wasn’t home. According to the outlet, the agents were helped by police officers when they took many items from inside the house and a few cars out of his garage.

6ix9ine’s lawyer Lance Lazzaro told TMZ, “We are evaluating the situation and will issue a statement at the appropriate time.”

What precisely was taken from the house has not been confirmed by the police. Still, it’s evident that other vehicles were taken. One of the cars in the raid’s photos had an IRS sticker on it. The towing firm that supported the authorities, Priority Towing, gave a close-up view of two of the questioned automobiles in recordings that were posted on social media. One of the cars appeared to have two bullet holes in its driver’s side window. Law enforcement has not yet verified that 6ix9ine took part in a shooting.

The reason behind the IRS raid on 6ix9ine’s residence is unknown as of this report. A few months had passed after the problematic musician was granted conditional release from detention in the Dominican Republic due to allegations of domestic abuse when the IRS paid him a visit. After his first assault case, in which he was accused of assaulting a music producer, 6ix9ine was detained again on the island.
