Tanzanian government to tighten the law on sexual violence

The government has said that it will review the laws and regulations related to punishments against crimes of sexual violence, with the aim of ending such acts in the country.

This was said by Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa today, April 18, 2024, when he was answering a question from the member of parliament for special seats, Tunza Malapo.
