Nate Robinson, a former NBA player, needs a kidney severely to survive

Nate Robinson, a former NBA player, stated he might not have much time left to live if he is unable to get a kidney replacement. For around six years, the three-time slam dunk champion has struggled with kidney failure.

Robinson stated, “I know that I don’t have long if I can’t get a kidney,” in a Daily Mail interview. “I am aware that my time on earth is limited. I simply want to take use of it as much as possible.”

In 2022, Robinson discussed renal kidney failure in detail. He claimed at the time that he had been coping with it in quiet for four years and that he was now prepared to speak up for others who were experiencing similar difficulties. Robinson discussed his continued search for a kidney during his role as AT&T Chief Dunk Officer during NBA All-Star Weekend earlier this year.

He has been receiving dialysis, which occasionally causes excruciating vomiting that necessitates a one- or two-day hospital stay. He is grateful for the treatment anyway, in spite of the adverse effects.
