Tracy Morgan Claims He Gained 40 Lbs. While Using Taking Ozempic

The 55-year-old actor has joked he “out-ate” the once-weekly injectable prescription, which is prescribed to adults with type 2 diabetes to manage their blood sugar, but it has become famous with celebrities who are trying to drop weight.

When asked on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ how he was “remaining in shape these times”, he answered: “Well, that’s Ozempic.”

He then teased: “I’ve learned to out-eat Ozempic. I out-ate Ozempic. I’ve gained 40lbs.”

“I’m like Magic Johnson. I gained 40 pounds.”

In August, Tracy announced he was taking Ozempic, and it had assisted him to drop weight.

Saying on the ‘Today’ show, he stated: “That’s how this weight got lost.”

“I went and got a prescription, and I got Ozempic. I ain’t letting it go.”
