Tanzanian midfielder Miroshi has officially joined Turkish side Göztepe SK

Tanzanian international Novatus Dismas Miroshi has signed with newly promoted Turkish Super Lig team, Göztepe SK.

The new club introduced the midfielder, who recently signed a 4-year contract, during a ceremony held on Tuesday.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the signing of Novatus Miroshi on a four-year contract. The Club warmly welcomes Novatus Miroshi and wishes him the best of luck in his journey with our esteemed club.

Miroshi has made a move to the Turkish side after his loan spell with the Ukrainian team Shakhatar Donetsk, which he joined from the Belgian side Zulte Waregem FC.

The Tanzanian International, who has also played in the UEFA Champions League during his time at Shakhtar Donetsk, has made a total of 22 appearances for Tanzania’s senior team, Taifa Stars. He participated in the Taifa Stars team at the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) earlier this year in Ivory Coast.

Last month, Kelvin Pius John, a Taifa Stars player, made a move to Aalborg BK in Denmark. This came after his contract with KRC Genk expired.
