Despite rumors of cancellation, Sexyy Red refutes low ticket sales for her next tour, saying, “All Cap”

In reaction to a story regarding ticket sales for her planned headlining tour, the rapper stated, “My fans are buying tickets we’re doin just fine we not cancelling no tour.”

In regards to her impending tour sales, Sexyy Red is correcting the record.

The 26-year-old rapper “Get It Sexyy” swiftly dispelled concerns that she might have to postpone her recently announced tour after Touring Data revealed that ticket sales were disappointing.

On Monday, July 8, she responded to a message on X (previously Twitter) speculating about her tour being “on the verge” of cancellation, saying, “My fans are buying tickets we’re doin just fine.”

The “Pound Town” musician went on, “We’re not canceling any tour; we’re canceling sht all cap🧢🧢.”

As of July 3, 37.11% of the 85,217 available tickets for the 24-date Sexyy Red 4 President tour had been sold, according to Touring Data. The St. Louis native, though, has refuted claims that such figures mean she’s canceling her tour.

Referring to AG Entertainment, the promoter of her tour, Sexyy said in another X post, “This is how they try to ruin you when you go with an independent promoter and the bigger companies try to sabotage you. We’re not canceling sht.”

The rapper said, “I did my touring deal with a black promoter black owned company AG Entertainment and now Dey playin dirty paying pages spreading fake news to discourage my fans from buying tickets,” as she wrapped up her series of posts criticizing social media pages for “spreading fake news” about her tour.

Sexyy revealed her North American headline tour on June 25. Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and fellow St. Louis rapper and collaborator BlakeIANA will be her special guests.

Beginning on August 22, the Hood Hottest Princess rapper will travel through Seattle, San Diego, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Orlando, New Orleans, and her hometown. On October 1st, she will wrap off her Nashville tour.

Following her June 2024 BET Awards performance, Sexyy took the stage with a host of singers like Megan Thee Stallion, Tyla, Ice Spice, Victoria Monét, Shaboozey, and more. Later this summer, she will be performing at festivals like Lollapalooza and Broccoli City Festival.
