After Tristan Thompson moved out of L.A., Khloé Kardashian said she was “thriving” and “finding my rhythm again”
Khloé Kardashian is content being unmarried.
Khloé, 39, paid a visit to Kourtney Kardashian Barker, who was heavily pregnant at the time and had dressed up as sister Kim for Halloween, in the June 13 episode of The Kardashians. After engaging in conversation, 45-year-old Kourtney urged Khloé to “check-in” with her.
The creator of Poosh asked, “Are you feeling happy and light, or dark and heavy?”
After her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson returned to Cleveland for the basketball season, Khloé said she was doing great and that it felt like a weight had been lifted off of her.
“I just think it’s good that there is a separation,” she said.
Tristan and the co-founder of Good American, True, age six, and Tatum, age 23 months, are the couple’s children. After the NBA player cheated on his girlfriend several times, the two had a tumultuous relationship that ended in 2016, but they are still friendly today.
To make their coparenting routine as simple as possible, Tristan even moved in with Khloé for a brief period of time during the previous season while his house was being rebuilt. However, he has since relocated into a house across the street.
In the segment, Kourtney enquired about Khloé’s romantic life, asking if, with her newfound independence, she was seeing someone intimately.
“I’m not, but I appreciate your challenging questions,” Khloé answered.
She retorted in typical Kourtney way, saying, “I wouldn’t think so, to be honest.”
While Khloé acknowledged that she isn’t looking for a new relationship, she is willing to see what happens if the chance to be with a new man arises, the two of them giggled.
“I told Travis [Barker] that just the other day. The founder of Poosh told her sister, “I felt like maybe Khloé can be free to just go out and have fun now that Tristan is gone.”
Khloé admitted to the cameras during her confessional that although she saw Kourtney’s point of view and acknowledged that she now felt free to “do anything,” she wanted to make the most of her single status and lack of a significant other to answer to.
She said, “I’m very content and happy, but I love Kourt for being that concerned about me.” “I feel like I’m f—ing thriving in my own little world and circle, so even the thought of sharing my bed or TV with someone makes me say no.” All you need to know is that “no” always means “no.”
“I’m just finding my rhythm in life again,” she continues.
