The former assistant to Kanye West is suing for unpaid severance and explicit texts

Lauren Pisciotta, the artist Kanye West’s former executive assistant, filed a complaint alleging she was fired after receiving lewd texts and videos from the rapper. Prior to Kanye hiring her in July 2021, Pisciotta—who began her career as an OnlyFans model—claims to have been earning $1 million year from her material.

Pisciotta claims she got to know Kanye when he was developing his clothing brand, and the two of them went on to work together on three tracks from his album “Donda.” After working with her for a year, it was stated that Kanye promised to provide her $1 million a year in exchange for her deleting her OnlyFans account. Pisciotta accepted the conditions.

Then again, apparently, things deteriorated. According to Pisciotta, Kanye started texting her indecently, describing his fantasies about women. Is my d* racist? was one graphic message that was sent. Yes, it is. This d* of mine is fing racist. For being a fing racist, I’m going to beat this d. I’m going to beat the s out of my racist d* by staring at images of white women with black asses. beating his massive black c* like a s***. Other texts, some of which contained racially offensive language regarding Pisciotta’s genitalia, are also detailed in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.

Pisciotta goes on to say that Kanye would always be fixated by her partners’ penis sizes and would engage in sexual intercourse while on the phone. A number of graphic images and films, including at least two that feature Kanye with a model, are described in detail in the lawsuit.

Pisciotta was promoted by Kanye to Chief of Staff for his enterprises, with a $4 million compensation, in spite of these alleged actions. She claims that in October 2022, she was fired without warning and was given a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but never got.

Pisciotta is currently suing for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and hostile work environment. The purpose of the case is to obtain the unpaid severance and hold Kanye responsible for his claimed wrongdoing.
