Diddy faces a new lawsuit from a model who alleges that he drugged and sexually assaulted her

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the rapper facing numerous challenges, is now facing another accusation of sexual assault from a different lady.

Model Crystal McKinney alleges in a recent legal document that Diddy administered drugs to her and engaged in sexual assault against her in 2003. In her lawsuit, she provided a comprehensive account of the incident, stating that the rapper purportedly provided her with marijuana infused with narcotics or other chemicals that induce intoxication. Subsequently, she claims that he coerced her into engaging in oral sexual activity.

This recent lawsuit follows Diddy’s apology for physically attacking his former girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, in response to the release of a disturbing video capturing the incident.

As to McKinney’s lawsuit, she alleges that she encountered Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event held at Cipriani Downtown in NYC. Following the gathering, the rapper extended an invitation to the model to accompany him to his studio, where the purported act of sexual assault occurred.

Upon arriving at Diddy’s studio, McKinney claims that there were numerous individuals present who were partaking in the consumption of alcoholic beverages and marijuana. During her presence, the ex-model experienced the inhalation of a highly potent dose of the shared joint, which she subsequently discovered was adulterated with a narcotic substance.

Following the marijuana incident, McKinney alleges that the rapper instructed her to accompany him to the restroom, where he purportedly coerced her into engaging in non-consensual sexual activity by forcefully kissing her, pushing her face towards his groin, and commanding her to perform oral sex.

According to McKinney, she declined his request, which supposedly led Diddy to forcefully shove her head down and engage in a sexual act against her will.

Following the coerced act of oral sex, McKinney asserts that she commenced walking away when she experienced dizziness, ultimately leading to a loss of consciousness. Subsequently, she regained consciousness inside a taxi, coming to the realization that she had been subjected to sexual abuse.

McKinney, who is seeking damages of an undefined amount, also stated in the legal document that she was ostracized from the modeling profession following the reported incidence of sexual assault.

Based on the previous model, she felt compelled to voice her opinion upon discovering the legal actions taken by Diddy’s former girlfriend, Cassie, and other women against the discredited musician.

According to TMZ, McKinney stated that she was aware of her moral duty to voice her opinion.

Cassie initiated a significant legal action against Diddy last year, which then led to numerous lawsuits being filed against the rapper by other women. McKinney is the most recent individual to bring out such a complaint.

In her legal submission, Cassie asserted that Diddy exerted control over her and subjected her to abuse for a period exceeding ten years. The R&B vocalist alleged that he administered drugs to her, subjected her to physical assault, and coerced her into engaging in sexual activities with multiple male sex workers, all of which were recorded on film.

In her case, Cassie alleged that her association with Diddy commenced in 2007, following which he promptly initiated a consistent pattern of intense mistreatment. She accused the rapper of having a tendency to experience overwhelming anger and inflicting brutal physical assaults on her, frequently involving punching, kicking, and stomping.

Nevertheless, despite the startling accusations made by Cassie against Diddy, the rapper promptly resolved the legal dispute by reaching a settlement for an unknown sum within hours after the singer initiated the complaint.

The choice made by Diddy to resolve Cassie’s lawsuit has generated curiosity regarding his decision to go for this course of action instead of vindicating himself in a legal trial.

The rapper’s prompt resolution can now be attributed to the newly disclosed hotel surveillance film, which shows him engaging in a violent assault against Cassie in 2016.

Former special agent Tracy Walder suggests that the troubled music executive reached a settlement expeditiously due to the graphic nature of the video. She asserted that the rapper had no anticipation of the footage being made public.

Additionally, Walder pointed out that the expiration of the statute of limitations prevents the filing of a criminal assault prosecution against Diddy.

The statute of limitations for felony assaults in California is three years. “Due to the fact that this originated from an incident in 2016, she would not have the ability to initiate legal proceedings for assault or battery in Los Angeles,” the law enforcement agent informed People magazine.

On Sunday, the rapper utilized his Instagram page to post a video in which he clearly acknowledges the troubling footage of him physically attacking Cassie.

CNN released a video showcasing Diddy forcefully pushing, kicking, and dragging Cassie during their stay at a hotel in 2016.

In his apologetic video, Diddy chose to take responsibility for his acts, acknowledging his deep remorse for his past behavior.

The rapper expressed the challenge of contemplating the most distressing moments in one’s life, emphasizing the necessity of doing so. I was intoxicated. I reached the lowest point in my life, yet I take full responsibility without offering any justifications. The conduct displayed in that video is indefensible. I accept all accountability for my acts depicted in that video. I am repulsed. I felt repulsed at that time when I did it, and I continue to feel repulsed now.

He stated, “I proceeded to seek professional assistance.” Required to undergo therapy. Required admission into a rehabilitation facility. Needed to implore divine intervention for God’s benevolence and favor. I apologize sincerely. However, I am dedicated to continuously improving myself and being a more exemplary individual on a daily basis. Furthermore, I am not seeking forgiveness. I sincerely apologize.
