In light of the disturbing assault video, NYC Mayor Eric Adams is considering taking Diddy’s key to the city away

Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City, is debating whether to take back Diddy’s 2023 key to the city.

Adams recently expressed his extreme distress over the video that purportedly showed the producer abusing his former girlfriend Cassie, and he is now thinking about taking legal action.

“The team and committee have never revoked a key before, but we are now examining our options for the future,” Adams stated to Pix11. “Everything is being examined, and the team will get back to me with a final decision.”

Cassie’s lawyer, Meredith Firetog, issued a statement shortly after he apologized, saying that it seemed self-serving, especially considering that he had previously denied that the incident had ever happened.

Firetog claimed that Combs’ most recent remarks were more about him than the numerous individuals he had harmed. In response to Cassie and several other women coming out, he denied everything and implied that his victims were only want money. His pitiful desperation is evident in the fact that he had to “apologize” only after his repeated denials were shown to be untrue. Despite this, no one will be convinced by his bogus statements.

Diddy is seen hitting Cassie in the hotel’s hallway in footage shot in 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Diddy can be seen in the CNN video running down the hotel corridor while wearing a towel in an attempt to catch Cassie as she tries to leave in an elevator. He throws Cassie hard by the neck and continues to kick, stomp, and try to pull her down the hallway by her hood.

Diddy is seen pushing Cassie to the ground once more as she tries to use a hotel phone. He also hurls a vase at the singer later in the video.

The following statement was released by Douglas H. Wigdor, Cassie’s lawyer: “The heartbreaking video has only further confirmed the disturbing and predatory behavior of Mr. Combs.” The bravery and tenacity displayed by Ms. Ventura in speaking up and bringing this to light are beyond words.

Not long after Diddy updated his Instagram with a fresh message, this video went viral. Time speaks the truth, Diddy posted an image with the word “LOVE.”

Electronics from Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were seized during a government raid on his properties in March.

According to ABC, Homeland Security carried out the raid in compliance with a Manhattan federal court’s orders, taking gadgets as part of an investigation into sex trafficking that resulted from four women’s civil claims against the music tycoon.

After the raids on his houses in Miami and Los Angeles, Diddy and his legal team issued a statement. Attorney Aaron Dyer asserted in the statement that the raid was carried out by federal authorities using “military-level force.”
