Devin Haney’s partying, according to boxer Gervonta Davis, has slowed him down

Devin Haney’s drinking and partying, according to Gervonta “Tank” Davis, has slowed down his progress as a boxer.

The former three-division world champion gave Baller Alert an exclusive interview in which he evaluated Haney’s boxing abilities.

A nine-year-old video of Davis and Haney sparring was leaked by Ryan Garcia in February. In the video, Davis can be seen striking Haney quite hard.

When asked if Haney had improved since their nine-year-old sparring session, Davis said that Haney was a better boxer back then than he is now.

“At that age, I believe he was at the top of his game. I believe he was seventeen. It seems like he has slowed down. The excessive partying and drinking caused him to slow down.

Recently, at the Fontainebleau in Vegas, there was a furious altercation between the two boxers.

It’s unknown why they got into a verbal fight, but some people think it might have something to do with Tank defending Garcia against accusations that he took performance-enhancing drugs after Garcia beat Haney.

In the fight, Garcia took Haney to the canvas three times, giving up the WBC super lightweight title a first-ever defeat. In response to allegations of cheating, Davis defended Garcia on social media.

It seems to me that they attempted to harm him. Many try to clout pursue him because they think he’s off, Davis told Baller Alert. “No one is advocating for him. Not another combatant. Thus, I intervened.

On June 15, the WBA lightweight champion takes on Frank Martin, in what seems to be the most exciting battle of the month—better than Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul.
