The people involved in Kanye West’s battery investigation have not spoken, therefore the investigation may end soon

It looks like Kanye West’s reported punching incident may be coming to an end shortly because police are closing their investigation and everyone has gone radio silence.

Sources in law enforcement tell TMZ… Following the LAPD’s battery report last week, following Ye’s alleged punching of one of the Houston Brother twins at the Chateau Marmont, no one has spoken to authorities.

According to our sources, police have made contact with both Kanye and the purported victim—Mark or Jonnie, depending on the situation—but thus far, no one has responded.

We’re told the brothers haven’t been very cooperative since they spoke with the police for the first time that night, when Ye allegedly socked one of them after running into Bianca. Police said they think Ye and them have been speaking in the aftermath.

The strange thing about that is that Kanye’s assertion that she was groped isn’t supported by people who have seen the CCTV footage that shows the actual occurrence, in which one of the brothers rushed into BC in the hotel lobby.

Conversely, we’ve been informed that it turned out to be a harmless run-in.

In any event, now that the matter is quiet, we’ve been informed that it will soon be concluded and sent to the Office of the City Attorney for Los Angeles, where a decision will be made.

What will happen is uncertain because the purported punch was not captured on camera.
