Woman given a sentence for sharing a video of a teenage sexual assault in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico: On Monday, the lady who was found guilty of filming a 13-year-old girl being sexually assaulted and sharing it online in 2018 was sentenced.

Yarelis Cespedes has been sentenced to three years in jail for two charges of sexually abusing children (distribution) and one count of sexually abusing children (manufacture). She will be required to register as a sex offender upon her release from prison.

Cespedes was given a 34-year sentence by Judge Joseph Montano, although 31 of those years were suspended.
