“Anything Went”: Keke Palmer Reveals Son Leodis’ Identity

The host and actress disclosed that the moniker was “made up” by her ex-boyfriend, but she still like it.

Regarding her son Leodis’ previous school name, Keke Palmer has corrected the record.

As a tribute to the custom of merging parents’ names in her hometown of Chicago, the actress and host disclosed in a humorous episode on Scott Evans’ House Guest podcast that her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson came up with the moniker.

In fact, Darius established his reputation. It’s weird that he wants both of our names,” she stated. I replied, ‘Hey, let’s do it.'” So, yes, that was him attempting to push Darius and Lauren, like Leodis, like it was just too much. It’s very cute. Anything went because I was pregnant. In addition to being cute, it also sounded like an old name. He sounded as though he was joining [Martin Luther King Jr.] in marching. Leodis Andrellton Jackson is comparable. He will appear on someone’s campaign. All I want is for him to resemble Good Times’ Michael.

She went on,

That same s*** was done by my parents. Lawrencia is the name of my sister. My father is from Lawrence. It’s excessive.

The only person who would have this backstory for a name that sounds generations old is our girl Keke.

Keke celebrated her lovely toddler’s second birthday with a special message and a carousel of adorable pictures.
