Mohamed Salah is named the Premier League Player of the Season for 2024–2025

Mohamed Salah, a star for Liverpool, has won the coveted Player of the Season award for the 2024–2025 Premier League season.

Following his first victory in the 2017–18 season during an incredible debut campaign for Liverpool, Mohamed Salah has now won the coveted award twice in his career as the 2024–25 Premier League Player of the Season.

The Egyptian striker had one of the best individual seasons in Premier League history and was essential to Liverpool’s championship run, which they completed with four games left in April.

Under manager Arne Slot, Salah has amassed an outstanding 28 goals and 18 assists in the league going into the season’s final game against Crystal Palace at Anfield.

He is on track to become the division’s best scorer and assist giver with those numbers.

Salah defeated teammates Morgan Gibbs-White, Alexander Isak, Bryan Mbeumo, Declan Rice, Chris Wood, and Ryan Gravenberch and Virgil van Dijk for the accolade.
