Raphinha, a winger for Barcelona, extends his contract till 2028

Barcelona said Thursday that winger Raphinha had extended his contract, keeping him at the La Liga winners until 2028.

The Brazilian player, 28, signed a contract with Barcelona in 2022, and it was set to end in June 2027. With 34 goals and 25 assists in 56 games across all competitions, he has had an incredible season and contributed significantly to the team’s domestic treble.

“This is something really unique and really fulfilling for me. Raphinha told Barca One, “It makes me very happy and a personal objective since I arrived is to give the fans a lot of joy.”

“My goal is to stay here till the conclusion of my career, and I have discussed this with my family. And I want to give it my all.”

In his three years with Barcelona, Raphinha has won five major trophies, including two La Liga championships, two Spanish Super Cups, and a Copa del Rey.
