Diddy allegedly paid ‘The Punisher,’ a male escort, $2000 to have Cassie get oiled up

The federal trial for Sean “Diddy” Combs is still going on, and on May 20, the court heard from a male escort who said he was at some of the rapper’s alleged “Freak Offs” parties.

A male escort says Diddy gave him $2,000 to make a “sexy scene” with Cassie that had a lot of baby oil in it.

Sharay Hayes, a male escort who performs under the stage name “The Punisher,” said in court on Tuesday that he had been to several of Diddy’s claimed “freak offs.”

Hayes talked about the first time he met Diddy and Cassie, who was Diddy’s girlfriend at the time. In early May 2025, Cassie said she felt forced to have sex with other men for Diddy’s pleasure.

Hayes says he was told to meet Cassie in a room in New York City’s Trump Tower in 2012 and make up a “sexy scene” for the rap mogul. In the scene, Hayes and Cassie were supposed to put baby oil on each other.

Hayes told the court, “I was told specifically not to acknowledge her husband.” He then said he was paid $800 when he got there.

Later, Hayes said in court that a man, who she thought was Diddy, came into the room wearing something that “Muslim women wear” and started masturbating with Astroglide lube. The man then left the room some time later.

He told her that Cassie had also left after giving him another $1,200.

Hayes said in court that he had supposedly hung out with Cassie and Diddy at least eight to twelve times.

Diddy is said to have abused Cassie’s friend and offered her $30,000 to keep quiet.

In court on May 19, one of Cassie’s old friends, Kerry Morgan, also talked about her claimed interactions with Cassie and Diddy, who dated on and off from 2008 to 2018.

Morgan told the court that she saw Diddy hurt Cassie physically in the United States and Jamaica.

Morgan, who is 39 years old, also said in court that the rapper had beaten her up after a fight in his home in 2018.

“He came up behind me and choked me and left finger marks on my neck and hit me in the head with a wooden hanger,” Morgan said. “Cassie went to the bathroom. It hit me on the right ear.”

Morgan said that the hanger gave her a concussion and made her feel “dizzy,” which made her throw up a lot.

Following the event, Morgan said she hired a lawyer, but she didn’t file a case against the “Hello Good Morning” rapper. She instead told the court that she took $30,000 to keep quiet and signed an NDA.

Cassie talked about Freak Offs on the stand and said they became her full-time job.

Cassie, the “Me & U” singer, talked about the first time she heard Diddy allegedly say that he wanted to see her have sex with another guy while she was on the stand testifying about her alleged experience with Diddy.

“I was 22 at the time, my stomach churned, didn’t have a concept of how that would be a turn on, but I accepted the responsibility,” Cassie said on stage. “I was confused, nervous, but also loved him very much and wanted to make him happy.”

She later said that the claimed sexual orgies were the only thing she had time for and could last for hours or even days. The mother of two is 38 years old.

“They would be 36, 48, 72 hours, the longest one was four days,” she shared.

Cassie says she had doubts about her reality during Freak Offs.

“I felt like crap.” Cassie said, “I felt ashamed that I was involved in the sexual encounters.” “I couldn’t find the words to describe how awful I felt.” No one would let me talk about it.
