Donald Trump says Taylor Swift is “no longer hot,” reigniting their feud

Donald Trump continues to disparage Taylor Swift, one of his greatest opponents.

“Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?'” the 78-year-old posted on his Truth Social on Friday, rekindling their one-sided fight and letting loose his inner man-child.

In September 2024, Trump made headlines for the first time after Swift officially endorsed Kamala Harris and denounced AI-generated pictures used to promote his candidacy.

Trump reiterated his contempt for the “Shake It Off” singer in a subsequent interview with Fox & Friends.

“I didn’t like Taylor Swift. It was only a matter of time. However, she is a really liberal individual. It appears that she consistently supports Democrats. He added, “And she’ll probably pay a price for it in the marketplace.”

On April 28, he continued to make fun of Swift while attending a Super Bowl celebration at the White House, mentioning that he was also there.

In reference to Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce and the Chiefs’ defeat, he inquired, “How did that work out?” 

Swift has maintained her composure and refrained from reacting to the irritable commander-in-chief in spite of Trump’s public outbursts. But last year, Trump’s granddaughter Arabella and daughter Ivanka went to Miami to see Swift’s Eras Tour. Ivanka posted a picture online with the message, “Best cake for my favorite Swiftie,” and Arabella even received a Swift-themed birthday cake.
