With the Spice Takeover Coast Edition at the bustling Big Tree Beach Resort, Mombasa’s coasts came alive this past weekend as Captain Morgan, the famous spiced rum from Kenya Breweries, made a spectacular debut in the seaside city.

The atmosphere was electrifying, from the waving palms to the beautiful sands. In order to enjoy the adventure, music, and flavor-filled encounters that characterized the evening, revelers from all around the city and beyond came together to let their inner Captain go.

Mejja, the brand ambassador for Captain Morgan, was the main act of the event, which was a sensory extravaganza that had the audience standing up. While MC Gogo, DJ Daffy, and MC Chapatizo delivered unparalleled hype and embodied the bold, spicy energy of the coastal city, DJ Issa Platinum and DJ Ronyle kept the decks burning.
