Halle Berry has no intention of going back to Marvel-Verse

The 58-year-old actress, who played Storm in four X-Men films from 2000 to 2014, has flatly denied a comeback, even though some of her co-stars are preparing to participate in “Avengers: Doomsday.”

She simply said, “Nope!” when asked if she would consider making a comeback on the US TV show “Extra.”

Now working with Chris Hemsworth, who played the titular character of “Thor” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Academy Award-winning actress called the Amazon thriller “Crime 101” one of the “best” she has ever worked on in terms of the set environment.

I would say that this is among the nicest movie sets I have ever worked on,” she stated. It was an amazing experience for me because the gentlemen in this movie are all gentlemen, which isn’t often the case.

A detective on a mission to apprehend a jewel thief operating along the Pacific Coast is the focus of the film, which is based on the same-titled novella by Don Winslow.

Chris said in the joint interview that the movie was “influenced” by vintage crime films and that working with the production team was a “dream” for him.

There’s a lot of different things that I believe our writer-director, Bart Layton, is drawing from, he said: “I guess there’s a sort of influence around, ‘Heat,’ ‘Thomas Crown Affair.'” It is undoubtedly a heist movie. It involves three distinct personalities from quite diverse backgrounds who come into contact with one another. Without realizing it, each of them wants something from the other. In addition, there are aspects of the physical world and cerebral complexity. For example, there are some incredible vehicle chases. We’re really proud of it, I must say.

“I think everyone found that we had amazing material to draw from in that environment, but it was also amazing to be able to sit across from them in their space and watch them work and learn from them because of the individual relationships and people we were able to work with who inspired me personally for a long time.”
