A fresh charge has been brought against Andrew Tate. This time from one of his ex-girlfriends, who claims that after a violent sexual encounter at a hotel in Los Angeles, he almost choked her to death. According to a TMZ exclusive, model Bri Stern made the unsettling allegation and reported Tate to the authorities after he left the country.

According to sources who spoke to TMZ, Bri and Tate were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11 when the incident occurred. She claims that when things became violent, the two were having sex. Bri claims that Tate started choking her and persisted despite her pleas for him to stop. She told authorities that the more she resisted, the more violent he became, and that it got so terrible that she thought she might pass out.

Bri claims that the attack didn’t stop until Tate was done and dozed off, according to TMZ. She then proceeded to the restroom to record her wounds. Her face appears bruised in pictures that TMZ was able to obtain. She was diagnosed with a post-concussive injury at an emergency room a few days after flying to New York City for employment.

Tate and his brother Tristan are currently battling an organized criminal case in Romania, where Bri allegedly waited to visit the police until Tate had returned. According to sources, it wasn’t until he was abroad that she felt comfortable making a report.

Additionally, Tate allegedly mentioned assaulting her in text messages that TMZ was able to secure screenshots of. Just hours prior to the purported incident, on March 10, they also released a picture of Tate posing with Kanye West. After the Tate brothers showed up that same evening, Kim Kardashian was spotted dragging her daughter Northwest out of Ye’s studio.

Tate is currently dealing with significant legal problems in a number of nations. In 2022, he and his brother were detained in Romania and accused of people trafficking and group formation. In addition, Andrew Tate is facing sexual assault claims in the United States and the United Kingdom and has been charged with rape in Romania. He has refuted every accusation.
