Serena Williams is starting a clothing line for children.
The former tennis player collaborated with the childrenswear company Janie and Jack to create her own line of clothing for kids under twelve. She also starred in a campaign with her two young daughters, Olympia, who is seven years old, and Adira, who is eighteen months.
“As a longtime fan of Janie and Jack, I’m thrilled to bring this collection to life alongside my girls,” she said of the new endeavor.
“Every item is made to honor style, family, and the unique times we spend together. I put a lot of love into this collection and am so excited for families to see it.
Serena told WWD that she loves the brand and frequently dresses her children in Janie and Jack clothing, which is how the partnership started.
“I always post pictures of my kids and they’re always in Janie and Jack,” she explained. This was the ideal moment to take action when I had Adira.
“I adore Jack and Janie.” They’re at the mall in my area. I enjoy going there to shop. It was quite normal and genuine.

“Our first call was: ‘Are we really going to do this?'” Serena continued. This is absurd. On both sides, it was so very us. Additionally, my girls adore the items.
“I think that’s why I like [Janie and Jack]—they make their stores so colorful and whimsical, which makes me happy and fun.”
“There is nothing else I would want to do. That’s what I wanted to add. It resembles a fairy tale told via clothes.
