Harmonize Explains Willy Paul Controversy and Burna Boy Concert No-Show

Harmonize did not respond to Willy Paul’s threat communication or to any of the accusations.

Harmonize warned any artists who attempted to thwart his trip to Kenya that they would face harsh consequences prior to their arrival.

Harmonize recently posted on Instagram to explain why he was unable to play at the Mad Experience concert, despite the fact that his fans were already anticipating his arrival after he announced that he would be attending the Burna Boy event in Nairobi.

They could not just let me walk on stage without doing a sound check, which is the sole reason I was unable to get up on stage and perform. That is not how it happens,” he stated.

He emphasized that he would have been able to take the stage and showcase his skills to Kenya if he had been present during the sound check.

Harmonize warned any artists who could attempt to ruin his presence that they would have a difficult time before traveling to Kenya.

Willy Paul, who is well-known for his disputes with international performers, did not think twice about making fun of him, though.

“Wewe nani, kama nilifukuza babako? Ukonde nitakupiga. In an Instagram post directed at Harmonize, popularly known as Konde Boy, Willy Paul stated, “The only gang I recognize is Mbuzi Gang, na huku tunapiga mbilikimo.”

Internet users conjectured that Willy Paul’s letter had something to do with Harmonize’s decision to skip the Mad Experience; some even commented, “Willy Paul’s plan worked.”

“Pozee kakuingizisha baridi hi yani?”

“Willy Paul would have approved of this.”

Harmonize followed his post by complimenting Burna Boy’s incredible performance, despite without answering any of the accusations or Willy Paul’s threat.

Harmonize was impressed by Burna’s performance and the manner in which he and his team behaved themselves.

“Seeing such an incredible performance was truly amazing. I am pleased of him not only for his performance but also for the degree of organization he brought to the team and the sound equipment. It’s amazing that Burna Boy was on stage at precisely 10:30 p.m. as planned.

They took it extremely seriously, and East Africa has undoubtedly learned something from this,” he said.
