Charlie, Tiger Woods’ 15-year-old son, makes his first hole-in-one

Charlie, the son of Tiger Woods, made his first hole-in-one in the PNC Championship final round.

In the last round of the PNC Championship, Tiger Woods’ adolescent son Charlie made history by making his first hole-in-one.

At the competition, which includes 20 major champions playing with a family member, the father-son team took the lead after the 15-year-old holed out at the par-three fourth.

But after Bernhard got an eagle on the opening play-off hole in Orlando, Florida, Team Langer, which included Bernhard and Jason Langer, won their second straight championship and fourth overall.

“It was fantastic,” Charlie remarked. It was some of the most fun I’ve ever had because nobody made a mistake today. In addition, I made an ace. I doubt I can surpass it.

Tiger Woods, who hasn’t played competitive golf since the Open in July, commended his son’s teamwork. After undergoing back surgery in September, the 15-time major champion acknowledged that he was “nowhere near competitive shape,” but he remarked,

And spending time with family, bonding, and simply enjoying one other’s company is the true joy of it all.

Thirty minutes after Charlie’s accomplishment, 21-year-old Paddy Harrington—the son of three-time major winner Padraig Harrington—made his first career hole-in-one on the eighth hole on Sunday, marking another noteworthy event.

Padraig Harrington said, “I’ve never hit a shot and been that excited before,” in reference to his son’s achievement.
