There are a lot of nominations, and Taylor Swift has the most. She has 17 nominations in 16 categories, including Top Artist and Top Female Artist. The icon who broke records keeps proving why she is the most decorated female act in BBMA history. Following closely behind, Drake has eight nods, including Top Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist. Along with Metro Boomin and Future, Kendrick Lamar gets eight nominations and is up against them in categories like Top Rap Artist.

Women are making changes in the rap scene. Nicki Minaj stands out because she is nominated for many awards, including Top Rap Touring Artist. GloRilla, on the other hand, does well in a few key areas. Another star is SZA, who is nominated for six awards, including Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist.
