Billie Eilish was named the Artist of the Year on Apple Music

The 22-year-old singer has received recognition for her influence on the music landscape in 2024. She published her third studio album, “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” earlier this year.

“Since day one, Apple Music has supported my music and artistry, and I am both honored and humbled to receive this recognition as Artist of the Year this many years into my career,” said Billie, who has already won numerous accolades throughout her career, including Grammys and Academy Awards.

After winning the title in 2019, Billie is now the only individual to win Apple Music’s Artist of the Year award twice.

Apple Music has long been a “champion of Billie’s work,” according to Rachel Newman, senior director of content and editing.

Rachel stated: “We have been admirers and supporters of Billie’s work since we first heard ‘Ocean Eyes’ about ten years ago.

“When a young artist can quickly connect with so many people, it’s always special.” The fact that her voice and artistic abilities have remained so popular over the past year isn’t the only amazing thing about seeing her develop. It’s that she has grown as courageously and truthfully as she has, according to her own rules and preferences.

In addition to being nominated for seven Grammy Awards and playing at the Paris Olympics closing ceremony, Billie has had an incredibly successful year thus far.

Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year are among Billie’s Grammy nominations.
