In new lawsuits, Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with an unknown “male and female celebrity”

Diddy is being sued seven times for rape, including one involving a thirteen-year-old at a party.

Seven new lawsuits have been brought against Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently in jail. The lawsuits accuse the former music mogul of rape and other crimes, including an attack on a teenage girl in which other celebrities were present and took part.

Tony Buzbee, a lawyer from Houston, filed the case on Sunday in New York federal court under the New York City Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act. Buzbee has already sued Combs six times for rape and other crimes. In the past, Buzbee has sued Combs six times for rape and other things.

The lawsuit filed by Jane Doe, who is now about 37 years old, describes her actions at a party late on September 7, 2000, after the MTV VMAs. It says, “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment.”

The suit then said that Jane Doe, who was 13 at the time, was “woozy and lightheaded” after only one drink at the party.

“Soon after, Combs and a famous man and woman walked into the room,” the 19-page action says. “Combs walked up to Plaintiff with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her, and told her, ‘You’re ready to party!'”

The lawsuit also says that Combs threw Plaintiff toward star A, a male star, who took Plaintiff’s clothes off as she became more lost. Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A, who raped her in public while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched. After the male celebrity was done, Combs raped Plaintiff while Celebrity A and Celebrity B looked on. Combs tried to make Plaintiff have oral sex with him, but she hit him in the neck which stopped him.

There is no more information released about the two celebrities, but it is a known fact that over the years, Combs’ white parties and other events have been attended by A-list celebrities.

As soon as the alleged assault by Combs and the two unnamed men ended, the victim left the room and “the large white house with a gated U-shaped driveway” where the drug-filled party was happening. She eventually called her father, who came to get her and take her home.

This is what the suit from Buzbee says: “After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every aspect of her life.” On October 14, Buzbee filed similar suits for four men and two women. The lawyer said that his Lone Star state office has 100 more claimed Combs victims who are about to go public and to court. A 1-800 number is said to be ringing off the hook.

It doesn’t look like the Texan is bluffing since he’s dealt 13 suits in the last week and more are due in the next few days. Over six new civil cases have been filed against Combs for assaulting a child in less than a week. The cases are from three women and four men, and they are all seeking unspecified damages. Cases from 2000 to just two years ago say that Combs and others in places like New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas beat women, sexually harassed them, put them in jail without a warrant, and raped them. In all of the cases, the people who were said to be victims had to sign strict NDAs before they could go to the parties and other events.

Like all the other new lawsuits, the one involving the 13-year-old shows a “actual” example of a bottle that Combs and his team used to add the often-strong GHB drug to people’s drinks.

Combs has denied all the accusations made against him by Ventura and the more than 20 other women who have said he assaulted, abused, and did other bad things to them. However, the idea that he put something in guests’ drinks that makes them “woozy and lightheaded” comes up a lot in the lawsuits against the Bad Boys Records founder, including the sex trafficking charges he was arrested for in New York City on September 15.

Lawyers for Combs only said in a statement made last week that “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or child, man or woman.” They had nothing else to say about the new lawsuits.

In the same statement, Combs’ lawyers also said that Buzbee and his first six suits were just a “clear attempt to get attention.”

But as these six court cases started on Sunday, Combs’ lawyers in the Department of Justice’s sex trafficking and other crimes case sent a letter to US District Judge Arun Subramanian asking him to issue “an order prohibiting further extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial.”

The defense team led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos tried to get prosecutors to name Combs’ accusers. They also said that Homeland Security agents leaked the 2016 LA hotel surveillance footage that showed Combs beating Ventura as she tried to get away from one of her then-boyfriend’s so-called “freak offs.” This is what the gag order is all about.

Combs has been refused twice in a month for pre-trial release on $50 million bail. He is now in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, and if he is found guilty at his trial on May 5, 2025, he will spend the rest of his life in prison.

As you might expect, if more big names come forward, Combs’ case could become much more public, or he could reach a plea deal before his trial.
