A woman alleges that Diddy used a “TV remote” to rape her as “retaliation” for her accusing him of killing Tupac

After a lady accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of gang raping her with his friends and assaulting her with a remote control, he was hit with yet another lawsuit.

Ashley Parham, the woman, claimed that the rapper also threatened to kill her and mentioned that he had gotten away with committing more serious crimes, such as the death of Tupac.

Diddy, who is presently incarcerated for trial for sex offenses in May 2025, created quite a commotion when he celebrated his daughter Love’s second birthday on social media.

A woman records alleged sexual assault at Diddy’s hands.

Due to claims of a physical altercation and sexual assault involving Ashley Parham, the “Bad Boy For Life” crooner has been embroiled in yet another court battle.

The Daily Mail claims that the incident happened in 2018 after she accused him via FaceTime of being implicated in Tupac’s unsolved 1996 murder.

According to Parham’s $50 million lawsuit, which was filed in the District Court of Northern California, she met Shane Pearce, a friend of Diddy’s, at a pub in February of that year.

Pearce was on the phone with Diddy via FaceTime when she informed the troubled rapper that she thought he was involved in Tupac’s death. Diddy allegedly threatened to “pay” her for the accusation, according to her.

Parham continued by saying that approximately one month later, on March 23, 2018, Pearce invited her to his house in Orinda, close to Oakland, after pretending he needed assistance with his cancer medications “because he stated he was weak and unable to open his medications,” but Diddy was there right away to exact revenge.

According to Parham, Diddy threatened to cut her cheeks into a “Glasgow smile” while holding a knife to her face and telling her that “she thought she would never see him in person.”

However, his assistant Kristina Khorram interrupted him, suggesting that they either ship her overseas or sell her for sex, after which she would never be heard from again.

Ashley Parham was allegedly raped by the rapper in retaliation.

She even went so far as to say that the rapper of “Finna Get Loose” ripped her clothes and sprayed her with “oil or lubricant” before forcibly thrusting a TV remote into her vagina, according to the news source.

“Diddy, while violently raping [Parham] with a television remote, told Plaintiff that her life was in his hands and that if he wanted he could ‘take her’ and she would never be seen again,” according to the court papers.

As her “blood-curdling cries” began to reach him, he allegedly instructed Pearce to turn her on her stomach after raping her with the remote.

Diddy allegedly blocked her after she pulled a knife and covered herself with a shirt, amazed that she was still nimble after giving her “enough drugs to take out a horse.”

Diddy allegedly offered Ashley Parham money in exchange for her acknowledging that the incident was consensual.

According to Parham’s lawsuit, she rebuffed Diddy’s offer of money to claim the sex was consensual and threatened to call the police. But the rapper allegedly threatened her family and told her no one would believe her.

She added that, in reference to Tupac’s murder, Diddy claimed to have gotten away with bigger crimes. He was interrupted, however, by one of his men, who became agitated at the disclosure and pulled out a gun on Diddy, ordering him to repeat himself.

Parham claims that she attempted to seize the pistol, but Diddy fled when it went off due to a series of events. Then she came after him with a knife, and when she grabbed him, he begged for his life.

The filing claims Parham “raised the knife, in a rage from the events that just transpired and with the intent of driving the knife into Diddy’s back” before he turned and begged. After he managed to escape, she hurried to the neighbors and for assistance.

The Woman Says She told a deputy about the case, but he did not “assist” her.

In her lawsuit, Parham claims she reported the case to a deputy from Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, who responded to her 911 call, but that she was told the neighbors had called in noise compliments and advised her to “find a way to get home.”

According to the Daily Mail, Parham said the officer “did not offer to take [her] home, nor did he call for emergency services including an ambulance, nor any offer to take [her] to the hospital, nor any offer to help [her] recover her clothes or effects.”

She was able to see a doctor after a few days, where she was administered a rape kit, after which she called the local Walnut Creek Police.

However, when she needed to give her statement, she couldn’t name Diddy because she was afraid. She also claimed to have reported the case to the Orinda Police Department but, again, was scared “to name Defendant Diddy as one of her assailants.”

Parham is suing for sexual assault and battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping, demanding a trial by jury. Parham also accused Diddy’s assistant, Khorram, of assisting his “predatory sexual behavior and proclivities” and also “assisting in covering up the crime thereafter.”

She accused Pearce of being one of the rapists and accused him of luring her to his house to be raped by the rapper.

Diddy Awaits Trial Behind Bars, Claims He Is Innocent

Diddy has since been arrested on September 16 by Homeland Security officers following a grand jury indictment.

He’s currently locked up at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy has, however, maintained his innocence on all charges and would stand to prove his case in court. He has been denied bail the times already as authorities consider him a flight risk, as well as his potential interference with investigations by coercing witnesses with his celebrity status. He’s billed to go on trial in May 2025.

Meanwhile, the “No Way Out” recently caused a stir online when he took to social media to mark his daughter Love’s second birthday, whom he shares with ex Dana Tran.
