Gentrix Shikangwa, a replacement, gave Simba Queens a late equalizer in the ninetieth minute to spark a thrilling comeback in the tightly contested second semi-final match.

Yanga Princess will play JKT Queens at the KMC Complex in the city on Saturday as a result of the result; the latter secured a spot in the finals by defeating Ceasiaa Queens 7-0 at the same location.

Pallangyo’s header from close range found the back of the net with ease, giving Yanga Princess the lead just one minute into the game.

The ball from the dangerous corner kick that landed in the crowded area was missed by three Simba Queens players, giving her a clear header.

The hosts could not give up even after losing and tried to tie the score before halftime, but the visitors held firm and eliminated every threat that came their way during the first half.

When play resumed, the fight became more intense as Simba Queens gained the upper hand in an attempt to make a quick comeback.

Their finest opportunity came when Gentrix Shikangwa, a replacement, squandered a fantastic opportunity to equalize in the 58th minute.
