Sauti Sol Has Announced That Sol Fest Will Return in December 2024

Sauti Sol has officially announced the return of Sol Fest in December 2024. The festival will feature two shows: the VIP experience on December 19 and the Fan Show on December 21.

Despite their current solo endeavors, all four members—Bien, Polycarp, Savara, and Chimano—will reunite on stage for the festival, which honors the band’s music and legacy. Nyashinski, Khaligraph Jones, comedian Crazy Kennar, and numerous female performers who remain unidentified will accompany them.

Fans were granted the opportunity to influence the lineup by proposing their preferred artists at the beginning of the year. The list was crowned by names such as Lisa Oduor Noah, Okello Max, Neyo, Musiq Soulchild, and Angelique Kidjo; however, the final lineup is still being kept confidential.

The Sol Fest 2023, which was dubbed “The Last Dance” last year, attracted more than 15,000 attendees to Uhuru Gardens to commemorate the band’s 17-year voyage. A VIP performance at a luxury venue and an affordable, open-air fan event are scheduled for the 2024 edition, which is expected to maintain the event’s tradition.

Sauti Sol announced their hiatus in May to pursue individual endeavors; however, they have assured fans that their bond is unbreakable. Fans are already anticipating another unforgettable musical experience, as they are already brimming with enthusiasm.
