Jeannie Mai alleges that Jeezy isn’t honoring their divorce settlement and that he owes her money as well as the titles to two cars

The divorce between Jeannie Mai and Jeezy has not been amicable, and the talk show host is now asserting that there is yet another obstacle in the way.

Jeannie alleges that Jeezy made a commitment to her in their divorce settlement to cover the costs of daycare and school tuition for their child, in addition to depositing a minimum of $500,000 in an interest-bearing account. According to reports, the rapper is also intended to transfer the title of two vehicles to Mai and provide her with rent for four months.

Nevertheless, the former cohost of The Real states that her ex-husband is not adhering to a significant number of the terms they agreed to when they finalized their divorce, as indicated by court documents obtained by TMZ.

Jeezy is alleged to have already owed Jeannie $4,000 for tuition and childcare expenses for their two-year-old daughter, Monaco. In addition, the mother alleges that the rapper has not granted her access to the $500K account he was supposed to establish for their child.

According to the talk show host, the divorce settlement also stipulated that she would retain a 2021 Range Rover and a 2022 Ford Bronco. However, she claims that Jeezy has not yet transferred the titles to her. According to TMZ, this has interfered with her ability to insure the vehicles and has caused a delay in the transportation of the Bronco from Atlanta to Los Angeles, as evidenced by official court documents.

Lastly, Jeannie asserts that the divorce settlement mandates her ex-husband to pay her rent from May to August; however, she maintains that he has yet to reimburse her. As a result, he is purportedly obligated to pay his ex $92,417.39 for rent payments that span nearly four months.

The former couple finalized their divorce on June 11, 2023, after Jeezy applied for divorce on September 14, 2023. As reported by TMZ, their divorce settlement was sealed at the time, rendering this the first time we have been able to observe it.

Mai now alleges that her legal team has attempted to compel Jeezy to comply with the terms of their settlement by communicating with his attorneys. However, she claims that his team ceased to respond in July. Now, she is seeking assistance from the court in enforcing the settlement due to his lack of responsiveness.

Jeannie is pursuing her ex-husband for the amount she claims he owes, as well as interest, and she is seeking to have him held in contempt.
