Skai Jackson is exonerated of domestic violence charges as a result of insufficient evidence

Skai Jackson’s domestic assault case is dismissed by prosecutors due to a lack of evidence and an uncooperative victim.

Skai Jackson has been cleared of charges following her recent arrest for domestic battery, as the charges have been officially dismissed. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to pursue the case, asserting that there is insufficient evidence to proceed to trial.

The DA’s office attributed their decision to a variety of factors. Skai, who is recognized for her role as a Disney Channel personality, has no prior criminal record. Furthermore, the alleged victim, her partner, has declined to cooperate with prosecutors and did not sustain any visible injuries.

Skai was caught in a passionate argument with her beau at Universal CityWalk, as reported by eyewitnesses. Skai was purportedly seen shoving him in security footage, which resulted in the couple being detained by security until the police arrived.

Skai and her fiancé denied that any physical altercation transpired, despite the video evidence. They even went so far as to inform officers that they were blissfully engaged and expecting a child together. Skai was nonetheless apprehended on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge; however, she was promptly released.

The matter has been resolved, and it appears that Skai can now conclude this chapter. With regard to the coupling, only time will determine their subsequent actions.
