Gary Owen has tied the knot once more! Comedian Marries Brianna Johnson in a Glamorous Houston Wedding

Comedian Gary Owen has officially become a married man after exchanging vows with Brianna Johnson in a grand wedding celebration in Houston.

The stand-up comic and actor married Johnson on March 7 at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston, surrounded by approximately 170 guests. The couple crafted the event around a sophisticated black-and-white theme, seamlessly merging elegant style with vibrant entertainment. Guests reveled in opulent details throughout the evening, featuring a champagne tower, caviar service, and a bespoke espresso martini ice luge.

Owen stood at the altar surrounded by several recognizable faces from the 2012 comedy film “Think Like a Man.” His groomsmen were Terrence J, Romany Malco, Jerry Ferrara, Michael Ealy, and film producer Will Packer. Chad Johnson, a former NFL wide receiver, officiated the ceremony, bringing a personal touch to the glamorous event.

The ceremony also included the couple’s children. The twin sons, Royal and Rome, served as ring bearers, while Johnson’s daughter, Reign, participated as a junior bridesmaid. Johnson ensured that her 92-year-old grandmother played a part in the special occasion by inviting her to walk down the aisle as the ceremony’s “flower gram.”

Guests observed as Johnson made her way down the aisle to a violin rendition of Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful,” while Owen made his entrance to Wale and Usher’s “The Matrimony.”

The festivities carried on with an energetic reception featuring music, comedy, and memorable celebrity appearances. Rapper Bun B welcomed the newlyweds, Terrence J offered a brief rap performance, and comedians Russell Peters and Luenell amused guests with their entertaining toast-style sets.

Owen and Johnson’s initial encounter took place following her attendance at one of his comedy performances. Prior to officially tying the knot, the couple engaged in 2022 and welcomed their twin sons in 2023.
