Wack 100 is considering legal action following Big U’s allegations that he assisted federal authorities in a RICO case

Wack 100 has refuted any connection to Big U’s RICO case and is considering legal action to clear his name.

In a recent livestream, Wack began with a cautionary note. He stated that Big U publicly accused him after surrendering, alleging that Wack 100 assisted federal authorities in his indictment.

“I have a difficult choice ahead of me.” Big U, when he turned himself in, made accusations that Wack 100 and 600 were working with the feds to take him down. He proclaimed the truth to the world.

Wack stated that his legal team is pressing him to initiate a defamation lawsuit, despite his attempts to restrain them.

“My legal team plays a significant role in my overall businesses and the various activities I engage in; they have a voice in this matter.” I have been resisting the idea of filing a defamation and slander case against Big U, similar to what I did with Worldstar and LA Media, where I ultimately won and received compensation.

He stated that his lawyers think the allegations might negatively impact future agreements.

“I’m making every effort to prevent my legal team from taking actions they believe are necessary, as they are also my business partners in many ventures, and they feel that in the long term, it could impact the business,” he added.

Wack expressed his demand unequivocally: retract this assertion or encounter significant repercussions.

“A retraction of that statement is necessary…” In federal court, it was stated on the record that they have never interacted with or communicated with Wack 100 and 600 concerning any of these matters. I require that retraction. If that’s not the case, I want to inform everyone… I will have to pursue every possible avenue: catalogs, real estate, anything he may own. I must confront this issue directly.

Big U has previously discussed the raids linked to the investigation, placing the blame on Wack.

“When they raided my houses and my property, they were asking about Wack, Loose Cannon, 600, and this internet stuff,” he disclosed shortly before turning himself in.

Wack 100 currently denies any involvement in the RICO case and asserts that the subsequent actions will depend on whether he retracts.
