Diddy and Christian Combs Faced $53K Unpaid Legal Bill Lawsuit Before Settling Quietly With Law Firm

Diddy and Christian Combs have reached a settlement regarding a lawsuit over purported unpaid legal fees, bringing an end to a courtroom conflict that contributed to the family’s ongoing legal saga.

Court documents reveal that the law firm Summa LLP asserted that the father and son did not settle invoices related to over 100 attorney hours and 90 paralegal hours recorded starting in March 2025. The company claimed that the balance amounted to no less than $53,688.35.

Some of that work was said to be linked to Christian Combs’ ongoing sexual assault lawsuit concerning Grace O’Marcaigh.

Grace previously stated that she was employed as a steward on a yacht that she asserted Diddy had chartered a few days prior to New Year’s Eve 2022. She asserted that she experienced mental and emotional distress after King tried to coerce her into performing oral sex on him, despite her objections. She filed a lawsuit against King for assault and Diddy for his role in aiding and abetting.

The present situation regarding Grace’s case is still ambiguous.

The disagreement regarding the outstanding legal fees has now been settled. Court filings indicate that the case was dismissed following a settlement agreement between Summa LLP and the Combs family.

Summa’s attorney, Alejandro Barrientos, acknowledged the settlement but chose not to disclose additional information. Although larger legal disputes may continue, this $53K matter is now officially resolved.
